Really nice photography Diane! Maybe we should hire you to shoot our product? It was great being out on the road with you a couple of weeks ago. There are some very good wines in the Hopland area and I am excited to work with you and these quality producers. Those are English Sparrows - they hang out in city parks, supermarket parking lots, McDonalds' dining patios, etc., so they're quite used to people! One of the first birds I learned to recognize when I started birding. ;D

The Kelseyville Olive Festival was started in 2010 by Livia Kurtz, Nick Battita, and Jeff Smith. The Lake Family Resource Center was chosen as a financial beneficiary for two reasons. 1.) LFRC had just moved their organization to Kelseyville, so we wanted to welcome them to town, 2,) More importantly, for recognition of the great work they do handling the fall-out of domestic violence in Lake County, manning of suicide hot-line, and the operation of Freedom House, a newly established housing facility designed to rescue abused and battered women and their children. Congratulations to Wayne, Livia, Nick, and Chacewater Wine Company and Olive Mill for continuing to support Lake Family Resource Center!
